TeaMi, the post pregnancy diet CardiB used to lose weight

CardiB is the new most popular Urban Female artist right now, and after looking great post Kulture delivery and easily loosing the baby weight everyone wanted to know what weight loss regimen she was using, I present to you TeaMi.

It’s not a secret that Cardi used TeaMi, she posted it on her Instagram account with a juicy discount 20% code on her post. So of course I had to get my hands on this TeaMi regimen and review it, and this is my input.

The TeaMi is advertised as a Detox Program and in its benefits lists weight loss, sleep aid, morning boost and love of nature. Many people have used it mainly for its benefit of weight loss which is the part I’m reviewing and the part CardiB implied she was using it for post baby delivery. TeaMi, offers a set of plans including detox plan, colon cleanse plan, nursing plan and Teami Skinny. It comes with to me an Excellent detox menu guide that is sincerely very hard to follow for the common person but if you do you will detox and you will eventually loose weight. Attached is a picture of the Definitely and Definitely NOT list under the Teami Menu Plan.

The Definitely NOT list includes Sugar, table salt, dairy products (milk, butter, and cheese-all types!), white flour products such as white rice, pasta, noodles, bread, Red meat such as steak, sausage, bacon, beef, artificial sweeteners, salad dressings, soda, soft drinks and artificially sweetened juices, processed foods such as fast food, frozen food, canned food, fried foods such as french fries, fried chicken, etc, chewing gum, alcoholic beverages, condiments such as ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard, baked pastries such as cookies, doughnuts, pizza and microwaveable meals. When I read this list out loud the first thing my husband said was “who in the world can follow that diet?” but the first thing that went through my mind was, if you follow the TeaMi Definitely NOT list you will eventually loose weight!. Yes, let’s be honest here, if you avoid pasta, bread, white rice, sugar, sodas, baked pastries, alcohol, fast foods, etc, don’t you think you will be healthier, don’t you think you will eventually loose weight?? I personally loved the definitely NOT list from TeaMi, but to tell you the truth if you follow their Detox Menu guide, do you really need the Tea??
